Directions:

Everyone must sign in at the guard's desk on the skyway level of the lobby of the 400 Building. You will be issued an access badge and directed to the meeting room.

Do NOT sign in at the 401 Building.

Parking Suggestions:
-  400 Building, enter from Jackson between 7th Place and 6th Street ($9-10)
-  401 Building, enter from Minnesota between 6th Street and 7th Place ($9-10)
-  7th and Jackson surface lot, enter from 7th Street, near Jackson, pay box ($8)

 

Driving Directions:
From the Airport on I-494:
When leaving the airport, keep to the right and follow the signs to I-494 East
Go east on I-494 until you reach I-35E
Go north on I-35E to the 11th Street exit (exit 106C) in St. Paul
Follow 11th Street about six blocks to Jackson Street
Turn right (one way south) on Jackson Street for four blocks

 

From the West on I-94 (Minneapolis):
Go east on I-94 into St. Paul
Take the 7th Street exit (exit 242C) to 7th Street
Turn right (west) on 7th Street for three blocks to Jackson Street
Turn left (one way south) on Jackson Street for 1 1/2 blocks

 

From the East on I-94 (Wisconsin):
Go west on I-94 into St. Paul
Take the 12th Street exit (exit 242A)
Follow the exit to the first stoplight (Jackson Street), and turn left (south)
Follow Jackson Street (one way south) for 5 1/2 blocks

 

From the South on I-35E:
Go north on I-35E into St. Paul
Take the 11th Street exit (exit 106C)
Follow 11th Street about six blocks to Jackson Street
Turn right (one way south) onto Jackson Street for four blocks

 

From the North on I-35E:
Go south on I-35E into St. Paul
Take the Wacouta Street exit (exit 107A) to 10th Street
Turn right (west) for two blocks to Jackson Street
Turn left (one way south) on Jackson Street for 3 1/2 blocks
