About DAMA-MN
The Minnesota Chapter of DAMA International™ promotes the development and practice of managing information and data related to supporting business management strategies.
Minnesota DAMA meets the morning of the third Wednesday of each month. All meetings begin at 8:30 AM with coffee and rolls. A brief business meeting and host presentation starts at 9:00 AM followed by the main presentation. The meeting is adjourned at 11:30 AM.
During Covid - our Chapter is continuing to thrive while holding monthly virtual meetings. You may attend the meetings after registering to receive the login information.
Non-members are invited to attend all monthly meetings, but frequent attendees will be asked to purchase a membership for a nominal fee. All proceeds from DAMA-MN membership fees and events go towards covering the chapter's expenses involved in obtaining speakers from around the world.
The chapter has an extensive library of many past presentations that are made available to members free of charge.
In addition, the chapter makes a yearly effort to bring a nationally renowned speaker, author or educator to the Minneapolis-St. Paul area for "DAMA Education Days." Members receive a discount on attendance fees and often access to specially-priced books and training materials.
