The terms “Big Data”, and “Cloud” are being thrown around now more than ever. What exactly do they mean? This presentation will summarize John’s experience and perspectives with the emergence of these abstract concepts. Application management, Security, Regulatory compliance and Data analytics are becoming even more important in this new Big Data, Cloud environment. Splunk is a US company whose product is used for pattern searching, monitoring problems, analyzing metrics and machine generated data.
